Unfortunately, there are no too much information about this knife.
Probably, this model - is a predecessor of later Caddy model. Only one difference, which I've found - Golfer 58 had an additional separate item - Ball Marker (but it's only a presumption). Of course this difference can have sense only in case if knife is a new condition, otherwise you'll be not able to recognize if for sure.
